This page explains how we create content and what you can expect from every article.
How we write
- An editor writes or edits every article and is named in the byline.
- We describe what we did and what it cost, in plain words. If a price or a result is an estimate, we say so.
- We recommend things because they worked for the room, not because someone paid us. If an article is sponsored or contains affiliate links, it says so at the top.
How we check facts
- We check measurements, prices and product names against the source before publishing.
- Safety-related advice (electrics, structure, chemicals) points you to a professional rather than giving step-by-step instructions we cannot supervise.
- We update articles when products, prices or best practice change, and show the "Updated" date when we do.
How we use AI
- Images: some visuals are AI concept renders made by SpaceMorph. Articles that use them carry this note: "Visuals are AI concept renders created by SpaceMorph; ideas and text are written by our editors." Real before and after photos are never altered to exaggerate a result.
- Writing: our editors write the text. We may use AI tools to check spelling, suggest headlines or summarise research, and an editor reviews every word that is published.
- AI Room Designer: results are AI illustrations for inspiration, labelled as such.
Corrections
If we get something wrong we fix it, add a note at the end of the article explaining what changed, and update the date. To report a mistake, use our contact form or email contact@spacemorph.online with the article link.
Independence
Advertisers do not see or approve articles before they are published, and ads never decide what we write about.
